Board Members

Dr. Phillip Goudeaux
World-renowned pastor, teacher, author and motivational speaker, Dr. Phillip G. Goudeaux was born on April 6, 1949 in San Francisco, CA. He grew up in North Sacramento, where he attended Norte Del Rio High School. After graduating from high school in 1967, Dr. Goudeaux enrolled in Sacramento City College. After obtaining his Associate of Arts Degree, he enrolled in California State University, Sacramento where he studied criminal justice with the prospects of continuing on to law school.During his college years, Dr. Goudeaux pursued his interest in boxing, becoming a decorated amateur fighter.

Mark Taylor, President
Mark Taylor is the Lead Transportation Analyst at the Dept. of Toxic Substances, part of California’s EPA. He ensures businesses comply with laws when hauling hazardous waste domestically and internationally. Mark holds degrees from CSU Sacramento and in pre-med studies. An entrepreneur since 2009, he launched Seymour Gourmet Spices and is also a licensed insurance agent. He enjoys traveling and concerts with his wife, Deanna.

Ron Sharpe
Ron is a licensed insurance agent with 11 years of experience helping others reach financial freedom. He retired from PG&E after 32 years, where he served in leadership and government relations roles.Ron has served on the Board of Directors of the Davis Chamber of Commerce, Solano Economic Development Corporation, Solano County Red Cross, Sacramento Local Conservation Corp, and as an Advisory Board Member of the California Black Chamber of Commerce.He has led the Marriage Ministry at Calvary Christian Center with his wife since 1988.

Dwyane G. Little
Dwyane retired as an IT Project Manager from PG&E after 25 years. A licensed minister, he now runs a transitional housing residence for veterans and seniors. He served in the U.S. Air Force for seven years and earned a degree in Aviation Administration. Dwyane also worked in banking, finance, and real estate. Married to Susan for over 38 years, they have two daughters. He’s a Toastmaster, past member of Outstanding Young Men of America, and a Sacramento Leadership Program graduate. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing.
