Fred D. Arnold

Sacramento Regional Transit hires real estate director.Fred D. Arnold has been hired as Director of the Real Estate Department at Sacramento Regional Transit. He will oversee the Real Estate Department including TOD/ joint development projects, asset management, land acquisition and lease negotiations. Fred has 24 years of experience dealing with public real estate, including eight years with the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District as Manager of Property Acquisition. Arnold also worked as a consultant with Parsons Brinckerhoff Construction Inc., serving on the San Jose International Airport
