Ron Sharpe, President

Ron has been a licensed insurance agent for the past 11 years, focusing on helping individuals achieve the American dream of financial freedom.

Before retiring from Pacific Gas and Electric Company after 32 years of service, Ron held numerous positions, including Oakland District Manager and Sacramento Region Governmental Relations Representative.

Ron has served on the Board of Directors of the Davis Chamber of Commerce, Solano Economic Development Corporation, Solano County Red Cross, Sacramento Local Conservation Corp, and as an Advisory Board Member of the California Black Chamber of Commerce. He has a Bachelor of Science degree, from the University of San Francisco. Ron has been married to Linda Sharpe for over 35 years and they have three children. An active member of Calvary Christian Center since 1988, Ron and his wife have been the team leaders of the Marriage Ministry for over 28 years.

Fred Arnold

Fred Arnold began his professional career in San Diego, CA, where he held positions with San Diego Unified School District and San Diego County Department of Education. Much of Fred’s career has focused on economic development and public finance. As a Senior Project Manager, he provided real estate acquisition consultant services to California High Speed Rail Authority. Fred presently serves as the City of West Sacramento Real Estate Manager. He is also an entrepreneur, business owner, coach and mentor for numerous start-up businesses, associations, and churches. 

Fred  was ordained as an associate pastor in 1991. He has been married to his wife, Patricia, for 31 years. They have three adult children.

 

Dr. Phillip G. Goudeaux

World-renowned pastor, teacher, author and motivational speaker, Dr. Phillip G. Goudeaux was born on April 6, 1949 in San Francisco, CA. He grew up in North Sacramento, where he attended Norte Del Rio High School. After graduating from high school in 1967, Dr. Goudeaux enrolled in Sacramento City College. After obtaining his Associate of Arts Degree, he enrolled in California State University, Sacramento where he studied criminal justice with the prospects of continuing on to law school.During his college years, Dr. Goudeaux pursued his interest in boxing, becoming a decorated amateur fighter.

Angela Lofton Moore

Angela is the President/CEO and Business Growth Strategist at the ALM Business Institute in Sacramento, CA.  She is the Board Chair and President of Beyond The Village Inc., a nonprofit business development agency specializing in Veteran and Youth business startup assistance.  She also serves as Co-chair for RI-NU Imagination, Inc, a nonprofit serving the art community. In addition, she also serves on the board of several other high-impact nonprofits, lending her experience in nonprofit operations and organizational compliance. In 2016 she began coaching entrepreneurs on how to start, operate and grow their legacy businesses.  She and her group Nurture Your Nonprofit, offer assistance and support to those who are starting, operating and growing their organization.

In 2009, Angela walked away from a 30-year telecom career where she designed voice and data networks for government agencies, hospitals and school districts across the United States. 

Angela and husband Sidney have been married for 31 years. in her leisure time, she enjoys cooking, gardening and playing with their 2 puppies.

Dwyane G. Little

Dwyane retired from Pacific Gas and Electric Company as an Information Technology Project Manager, having worked for the company for 25 years. He is a licensed minister in the state of California and currently operates a room and board residence, assisting veterans and seniors with transitional housing.  Dwyane  has been married more than 38 years to his wonderful wife, Susan.  They have two beautiful daughters.

Dwyane’s experience includes working in the banking and finance industry for ten years and in the real estate development and construction fields for five years.   He spent seven years in the United States Air Force, obtaining his degree in Aviation Administration.  Dwyane has been a Toastmaster and a past member of the Outstanding Young Men of America.  He is a graduate of the Sacramento Leadership program. Dwyane enjoys golfing in his leisure time.

Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor is the Lead Transportation Analyst with Department of Toxic Substances, a board of the California Environmental Protection Agency. He is responsible for ensuring that businesses operate according to federal and state laws when hauling hazardous waste, nationally and internationally. 

Mark has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Philosophy from California State University Sacramento, as well as an Associates of Arts degree in general and pre-med studies.

Mark has been an entrepreneur since 2009, when he began marketing his gourmet spice blends under the name Seymour Gourmet Spices and Rubs. He is also a licensed insurance agent, focusing on helping people plan their financial future.

In his leisure time, Mark loves traveling and going to concerts with his wife, Deanna.
